This is one of my examples of an Imperial Japanese Army Air Force Flight Helmet produced in 1944 by Segawa Private Company. This helmet is made from brown leather and consists of a drab green canvas lining with leather ear cups and the imperial Japanese star sewn onto the front in leather. Some of these were manufactured with steel snap buttons but this version has a plastic or bakelite button. Overall a very very clean example, as are most of my Japanese helmets.
