This is my example of the Japanese Army Type 98 Turn & Bank Indicator produced by Tokyo Koku Keiki. This T&B type was used in a variety of IJAAF aircraft including the famous Ki-43 Hayabusa 隼 (Peregrine Falcon) “Oscar”, Ki-61 Hien 飛燕 (Flying Swallow) “Tony”, Ki-84 Hayate 疾風 (Gale) “Frank” and more. This is a very clean example of the Type 98 T&B which I picked up a while back to fit out one of the holes in my replica Ki-43 panel. These are one of the more common Japanese aircraft instruments getting around on the market today, along with the IJN Model 2 version. Although the Model 2 version is highly sourced for fitting out man A6M panel projects, there still seems to be quite a few around for purchase.
